Participation & Liability Waiver

By registering for and attending a sewing class hosted by Sew Sedona LLC, participants acknowledge and agree that sewing involves the use of sharp tools, machinery, and equipment that may pose a risk of injury. Participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in the class, including but not limited to cuts, punctures, equipment-related injuries, or damage to personal property. Sew Sedona LLC, its instructors, staff, and any co-hosting parties shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage — whether direct, indirect, or incidental — arising from participation in any sewing class.

Assumption of Risk

All participants agree that they are sewing at their own risk. Sew Sedona LLC strongly encourages participants to exercise caution and follow all safety instructions provided during class. By completing registration and payment, participants confirm they have read, understood, and accepted this waiver.

Machine Rental Policy

If a sewing machine is rented as part of your class registration, please note the following:

• The machine is provided for use during the class only and does not constitute a purchase of the machine in any form.
• The rented machine must be returned by the end of the scheduled class. Failure to return the machine by that time may result in a $200 fine.
• Participants are responsible for the machine during the class and should handle all equipment with care. Any damage beyond normal wear may be subject to additional charges.
• Sew Sedona LLC reserves the right to recover the machine and pursue applicable fees if it is not returned as agreed.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required prior to attending class. Your spot is not guaranteed until payment has been received in full. We accept payment through our online store at checkout.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the scheduled class date. Cancellations made fewer than 7 days before the class are non-refundable. In the event Sew Sedona LLC cancels a class, participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future class.

Acknowledgment

By completing your registration and payment, you confirm that you have read and agree to all terms outlined in this policy, including the machine rental terms if applicable.
